Data Deletion Instructions

AI Posting by TheAIJump allows you to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page provides information on how to delete your data and what happens when you do.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account information (email, name, password)
• All business profiles you created
• All scheduled and published posts
• Connected social media account tokens
• Scraped items and content
• Analytics and engagement data
• Settings and preferences

What We Cannot Delete

• Posts already published to your social media accounts (these must be deleted directly on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn)
• Data required for legal compliance
• Anonymized analytics data

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Alternative: Delete via Account Settings

If you're logged in, you can also delete your account directly from the Settings page within the app.
